The Keystones actually got better as you did reps and luckily the major issues on both are rooted in the same problem.
It seems like you want to be too upright and you like to push your knees forward. This is keeping the work out of your hips glutes and hamstrings which is where we want it to be.
On the deadlifts, try starting standing with your shins touching then bar, then push your butt backwards to lower down.
Same thing on the keystones, start upright then push your butt back to lower the weight down.
We want to hinge at the hips first.
