Hey guys, deadlifted and had good mornings this am. Did I stick my butt out enough on the good mornings? And of course how can the deadlifts improve. Thank you.

I’m impressed with that flexibility on those good mornings. Your butt is back and your back is straight so those are both major wins. I’d like to see you keep your knees over your ankles/heels, which you do at first but by the end of the set you can see how your knees are going behind your ankles as you push back. That’s all I want to see fixed there.
For the deadlifts, watch the video again and look at your start position on rep one and then on the rest of them. The rest of them look better than one and your butt is a little lower, but more importantly you are tighter. You need to get that tight on the first rep before you pull. I know we’ve beaten the “take the slack” into you and say it over and over again, so try thinking about squeezing the bar off the floor with your feet. This will help you keep the slack and have everything move at the same time off the floor from your strongest position.
