Here are my latest deadlifts. I can tell my hips shoot up at the start of the lift, I also notice I push the bar a bit forward as I lower my hips. Are these issues from my hips being too low in the setup?

      Hip height looks ok.
      2 things:
      1. Right before oyu lift, you push your knees forward. Keep the heel root and focus on loading the hamstrings
      2. You need to make your arms LONGER so your butt doesn’t shoot up.
Take all of the slack out of your arms and the bar.
I’ll shoot a video on this today and post back to you.
