Nice work!!! You’re keeping bar pretty close, which is great. I noticed right off the floor you drive your knees backwards, and they pull in on the heavy set. More rooting will help keep the knees out and allow more posterior chain to be involved in the lift. When the knees shoot back and or cave off the floor the hips rise, chest drops, putting the weight more into the quads and back. We want to hips and chest to move as a unit. Rooting the feet will help keep the knees out, or just think knees out off the floor, whatever cue works. You will feel stronger and your lockout should be faster. Keep up the great work!
