Overall these look good. What was a consistent issue across all 16 reps was too much bicep not enough lat. Murph stole the cue “long arms” from someone who stole it from someone else. It is a great cue. For you, you need to make your arms longer. Luckily this will fix both issues. Try to get more tension in the back of your armpit where your tricep meets you lat. Flex your tricep hard and pull your shoulders not together but down towards your hips. This will lock in the back even more, take care of that little bobble off the floor, and make the pull overall much easier.
