I’m not sure if I’ve gotten feedback on my sumo form yet. Outside of not keeping a neutral neck I’m feeling good about it. I also changed up my squat stance and brought my feet in a bit narrower. I don’t feel as much power but I feel like my form is better and my knees are stronger. I tried to get some different angles for some feedback.

Sumo looks pretty good from the front.
It does appear that you are leaning pretty far back at lockout and using your lower back to finish instead of quads/glutes.
The side view looks good though!
Front view SSB Squats look as if you are driving your knees to initiate, as does the side view.
Focus on knees out and ass back.

      Overall, lots of improvement.

Knees out and ass back lol got it! I’ll focus on that next time I’m squatting! Next time I sumo I’ll work on locking out more with the glutes as well! Thanks!

I love sumo! Looks pretty darn good, on the first video before you grab the bar your hips are slightly higher then when you pull, play around with leaving your hips int hat higher position, so more of a hing and less of a squat, see if it feels more powerful it’s also less range of motion. When bringing in your stance just pay attention to depth. It’s hard for me to judge based off the videos, It has the potential to cut off depth and not let people get that extra inch they need to break parallel, in turn makes it feel more powerful because the joint angle is different, but might not be deep enough.
