Feeling more confident with my sumo form but definitely want to know how it’s looking from a coaching standpoint. Pause squats felt good but I only captured it from one angle since it’s tough to film from the front with the racks at my gym.

      Well well,
      I am a nitpicker.
And I went through all of the Sumo videos looking to rip them apart.
      (Kidding)

      They look very good.
I can see that you were able to figure out the movement from set to set and improve.
I do suggest that once you pass the knee that you accelerate as hard as you can. Think about driving your hips into the bar as you makes your legs as long as you can-at the same timne.

On the squats, you’ve got a little knee drive to start the lift.
Watch and see-you are pushing your knees forward a bit.
Try to push them out and then hips back.

Work on that one thing next time.

      Looking good overall.
