These felt pretty good overall, I was trying to really slow down a bit and lock in form between each rep. I noticed that I did have a bit of tilting in some of my reps too.
The only major issue I can think of was the sumo box pulls. For some reason I just cant seem to get how to do these, I think it’s with the setup, but these always feel too heavy on my lower back.

      Thanks for the feeback!

The deadlifts look a lot better. A suggestion that will help build up the start position and your back strength/awareness is to lower the bar slowly. In these videos the lift looks good, then you just put that bar down. Try to keep everything locked in, push your hips back to put the bar down keeping the back straight. Yes this will be harder than what you are doing and I would only do this on days with an RPE 6/7 or when the suggested % feels easier than the suggested RPE. This will be another chance to reinforce that good habit you are building here as well as build that back strength.
For the Sumo block pull you are in a good position with your back so I surprised you just it there excessively. My only suggestion would be to focus on bracing harder and pushing into the belt more. If your back is straight and you feel it there excessively chances are the abs aren’t doing anything. Give that a try next time you have those.
