Can I please get some eyes on my form?

From another angle (this one is a lot lighter though.)

      Thanks!

You are very explosive with the legs, which is a great thing for the bench. I would just suggest getting a little tighter through the arms. At your chest the bar rests on your body and your elbows relax, so any energy that you have stored gets lost. I like to think of it as hands to lats, you want to squeeze the bar, lead with the elbow and row right into your lats. Act like there is a potato chip, yes I said potato chip, on your chest that you don’t want to smash. This way you can store the tension into your upper body and not just depend on dynamic leg drive to move the bar. Combining the two makes for a lethal bench! Thanks so much Candace. I’ve been working on what you suggested and am going through the bench course as well. So much good info — I made a list of about a million things I want to work on. 🙂
