      Here’s two videos of me wrapping up last 2 sets of 8×3 at RPE7. (105# in both these two sets. 110# for the first few then I dropped it). Please let me know how it looks.

      Wasn’t sure what, if any, 2nd angle would be helpful so I took a guess. If there’s a better 2nd angle to give you, please let me know that too.

      These look way better. Good job keeping the tension on the chest. Only small thing (you can see this very well in the first video), the bar is having to travel toward your feet on the way down. You should bring the bar all the way out so it goes straight down on the way down and may or may not drift back towards your face as you press depending on you and who you ask (both are right so it really doesn’t matter). Either way try to get the bar over your high point before you start to bring it down instead of bringing it down at an angle to get there.

      Yes, any horizontal pressing movements. You can even practice it with dumbells.
