Ok so I finally got my poop in a group and got in. I ended up benching and deadlifting and it was enjoyable but I definitely need some help adjusting.
On the bench I cannot figure out my foot position to keep my butt down. I have never had this problem before and I used to go feet back really far-I don’t think I can do that right now I need a bunch more conditioning but, any suggestions on position and setup are very appreciated.

On deadlift it is INSANE the difference getting down to the bar I already love it but-foot position I’m confused and I need to really build my posterior chain I’m all over the place on some of these. But I feel like it could go somewhere really good if I can find my setup again. I got a front and a side so you can see foot width better. Also not sure if I should be trying to sit back more.

But I guess the important thing is the consistency and I know with that and time things will improve. It’s kicking my ass in a way though I am struggling not to beat myself up and go “you could be ____ if you hadn’t laid off” but-that isn’t going to help.

Bench:
It looks like your butt is down. Hard to tell 100% because the rack is blocking some of it.
You had a big weight loss and that affects potions and leverages.
I wouldn’t stress about it too much now.
I would work on quad and hip mobility to help you move your feet around if needed.Deadlift:
It looks 100% A-OK.
I see nothing to correct right now.
Again, you had a big weight loss and that will affect the Deadlift a lot as getting to the bar is EASIER.Don’t rush to conclusions on things after one training session.
Everything here looks great. Now, be consistent.
