      So I ended up going for 125 and chains and I made the first rep, but had to fight the second into the rack. Does it look like a technical failure, or an “it’s too heavy failure? Thanks.

      Most likely it was a too heavy failure.
      What were you supposed to be doing/what weight?

      It was supposed to be an RPE 9/85%

      I wanted to go 85% of 165 but this was definitely a 9.5 so I ended up at 85% of 150ish.

      You need to use a percentage of a real max, not an estimated one.

      Are you using your actual max as tested in the program/meet or estimating it?
