Happy Monday Murph, here’s the latest top sets:

      Squat – 295×4 @ 7 (Programmed for 7) – https://www.instagram.com/p/CgB5RdZug3Q/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link I’ve got a good feeling I’ll squat 400 by the end of this

Bench – 215×4 @ 9 (Programmed for 9) – https://www.instagram.com/p/CgEnCLEgb1L/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet Definitely feeling my upper back being the limiting step here. More face pulls!!!

Deadlift – 365×5 @ 7-8? (Programmed for 7) – https://www.instagram.com/p/CgJmpI5uTRb/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Looking forward instead of down makes these fly off the floor. I was super fatigued from the weekend (too much time in the sun) and my grip kept failing with these. Not sure how that translates to RPE but if it hadn’t been a problem, I easily had three more in me.

      Squats:
Lots of tension and a good solid 7!
You are getting your back into the bar more too. Keep it up.

      Bench:
      Pretty solid.
I suggest working on “meeting” the bar more. This means to drive your belly up to meet it as you lower the weight. This shortens your range and will lead to ma bigger bench.

      Deadlift:
      Not bad.
You need to make your arms longer. This means take all the slack out of the bar and your arms before the pull begins.
If you watch your elbows are a little bent on each rep and then straighten as you pull. Try to get them flexed hard and get all the slack out.

      Good job on judging RPE!
