Happy Monday Method! Here are last week’s top sets:

Squats: https://www.instagram.com/tv/Cenv9xrFJ6c/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link 295×4, programmed for 7 and moved like 7. Loving how these are looking, continuing to work on adding the back back in

Pause Bench: https://www.instagram.com/tv/CetE4daAqen/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link 205×2, programmed for 8 and also moved like 7. Week over week, feeling more stable in the starting position, although I was definitely a little sore from squats the previous day and shold’ve forced my hips higher

Deadlift: https://www.instagram.com/tv/Ceve4xIF9QF/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link 395×2, programmed for 8 and moved like 8. Beginning to realize I have a gnarly sticking point just past the knee – need to consciously hip hinge a lot more.

Fatigue is way better this week, although the deadlift workout kicked my ass. I think I need to eat more carbs peri-workout

      Squats:
Getting better. On 1st-3rd reps it looks like you looked down. Try to look straight ahead, thins will help your back stay in the bar harder.

      Bench:
On your set up-be sure to keep your upper back arched when you put your feet down.
It looks like you are not driving your knees out hard enough on the whole set.
Try to push them out more.
It looks better than last week.

      DL:

      Looks very good.

      Keep it up.
