Next round of lifts below. Previous feedback is incorporated in DL, I had already done the bench & squat.

Hello Allison,
All of your lifts look good for a beginner, but let’s make them better.
We will focus on one thing in each lift.
On your Squat, let’s drive your back into the bar HARD.
That is explained about 2:00 in to this video.
On the Bench, when you unrack, REALLY let the weight settle into your arms and back. Hold it there and SHORTEN your stroke.
This article will explain that.
And finally, on the Pull; I would like to see you consciously open the knees and hinge back to the bar instead of just bending over.
As you do this, load your hamstrings. Do it with purpose.
