Whether or not you know it, you’re on a journey to crushing your goals — and you’re not alone.

You are surrounded by others on the same journey, fighting their own demons, making their own maps, trying to get their training and powerlifting to the next level and beyond.

You are not alone, so PLEASE SAY HI!

In this section of the forum we want you to share your story.

Simply start a new thread with a title like “New Member: Murph from Boston” and tell us:

      • Who you are?
      • Where are you?
      • What kind of training are you doing right now
      • Have you competed in any meets?
      • Why did you join TPS Method?

Don’t be afraid to share the nitty gritty here either. The Forum is only accessible to members.

We want everyone to feel like they’re joining a family, and now you’re part of the family you can help us by welcoming others into this amazing community too. Once you’ve introduced yourself we’d really appreciate it if you say “hi” to someone else that’s just become a member. Just look in the “Introduce Yourself” section of the forum and say “hi” to a few new members.

      Cheers!

      Hi,

I’m Will DeCoff. I live in Danvers Mass.

I was a long time Method client of Murphs at TPS.
Unfortunatley life has got in the way and I can
no longer make it to TPS to train.

I’m excited that murph has put this program together so
I can be involved in “The Method” again.

      Aaron,

      Welcome to the TPS Method.

Go easy until your knee is healed, and if anything bugs it, STOP!

In the recovery process there is always some discomfort, but there should not be any pain.

Don’t forget to post your training in the Forum.

Hi I’m Nikki. I was in 5-3-1 group training with Russ for a couple of years. But sadly, I moved from Boston to New Jersey. Luckily, with this online training program, I’m able to continue my training with TPS. Right now, I train to build strength for my other sports. I would like to compete in Powerlifting at some point.

I am sure you will see Russ on here at some point.

Hi, I’m Sam from Everett – I’ve been training at TPS for about 8 months and just joined the TPS Method group yesterday.

I’m a former college football player that never gave up lifting weights – mostly because it was hard for me to give up eating big.

I’ve adopted powerlifting as my style of training and have not competed, but hopefully will soon!

Brian from Revere. I’ve run 5×5, 5/3/1 and sheiko for about a year a piece and ive competed in 2 meets. I just got sick of people telling me to go to TPS and finally joined. When meeting with Murph he said (paraphrasing of course) if you don’t utilize tpsmethod.com you’re an idiot
