      Chris,
      Be sure and watch the Rooting and Bracing videos and implement that into your lifts.

      Squats:
      Not bad.
      You have a pretty severe forward lean which will usually result in a dump with heavier weights.
      Let’s see if we can improve that by moving your hands out an inch or two wider next time you squat.
      That will allow you to use your back more and drive into the bar.

      Keystone:
      I think you’ll do a lot better barefoot. Those shoes will affect your ability to root properly.
      Be sure and watch the videos on Rooting and Bracing in the Library.
      Your form is pretty good, but we need to fix a few things.
      I always start with one and then move on to the next.
      Let’s fix your head first.
      It’s important that you look starting ahead on all lifts. You are looking at the camera a lot. That can cause twisting and injury.
