      Happy Monday TPS!

Here are last week’s top sets. Definitely not my finest work on any of them, lots to work on:

Squat – 285×10 @ 8 (Programmed for 8) – https://www.instagram.com/p/Cfv3yF6O2WM/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link These were fine. The ankle mobility stretches you linked me last week definitely helped quite a bit, although I fell back into a bunch of bad habits during this workout. The set still moved well, though

      Bench – 225×2 @ 10 (Programmed for 9) – https://www.instagram.com/p/CfynNRWghSb/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

I hit all previous 5 sets at RPE 9 with no issues, and then for some reason the second rep of this set became a grinder. I think I lost tightness in my back?

Deadlift – 385×4 @ 9 (Programmed for 9) – https://www.instagram.com/p/Cf3nuxiuVKx/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Cheesed the lockout on the last two reps, but definitely getting stronger as this was 10 a few weeks ago

      Squats:
      Nobody likes high reps!
      They look pretty good.
You lost your heel root on rep 9, but corrected on rep 10.
      Good job.
      I suggest re-rooting and re-bracing after 2 reps.

      Bench:
      Bingo.
The upper back did let go a little.
My programs induce fault through fatigue. This show’s us that you need to get your upper back stronger.
Try adding in band pull parts as active rest and slowing your back work down a bit and focusing more on keeping the upper back engaged.

      Deadlift:
As usual they look pretty solid.

I’d like to see you hold the lockout on each rep for a bit longer, and keep your eyes forward instead of down.
You’re getting better at this each week.
