      Hi Method,

Here are the top sets for this week:

Squat – 275×8 @ 8 – https://www.instagram.com/p/CfLzBH6uSGU/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Attended Squat Day a few weeks back and was advised to stop hip hinging in my high bar squat. I think this was a good call, and these felt super duper easy. Still need to work on keeping my chest up/back in the bar though, but the best my squat has felt in a very long time

Bench – 195×3 @ 7 – https://www.instagram.com/p/CfOfwMMAP-S/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link The cue I got last week to push my knees out was helpful – it feels like I’m using my glutes and quads to push the bar up in addition to my upper body.

      Deadlift – 385×4 @ 10 – https://www.instagram.com/p/CfTj9uPAAMh/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link These completely kicked my ass

      Squats:
      Big improvement.
At he end of the set, under fatigue, you started losing your heel root. Watch and see where you dump forward a little.
      Two things to work on:
      1. Reset root and brace every two reps or so
      2. Shorten that walk out up to one step, two steps as in video course. Waling out that far will drain energy on heavy sets.

      Bench: Looks ok.
      A few things.
Drive your head the pad the whole time once you set up.
      Knees out harder.
Hold the last rep on all sets as if waiting for a judge to tell you to rack it.
Let’s correct those and work on other things after.

Deadlift: For a 10, it looks pretty good.

      Keep it up!
