      Hello forum,

I’m one of those young guys looking to become a beast. I started lifting ~1.5-2 years ago after moving back to MA to get leaner, grow my mental toughness and increase my ability to be ready for life. I’ve been on the Stronglifts 5×5 program since, but between COVID lockdowns and some achilles tendinitis don’t feel like I’ve truly squatted or deadlifted since March. Having just been given the green light this week to start easing back into training the way and at the weights I want, I’m looking to get my technique good again as the weights start climbing again. So I joined TPS Method primarily for the feedback on my training videos.
I’ve never competed and don’t really plan to other than doing it once at some point just to challenge myself.

      Hi David,

      Welcome aboard.

I highly suggest that you watch the courses on How to Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.
As well as Breathing and Bracing, and RPR.

That will get you off on the right foot.

I also suggest performing the RPR drill daily, not just pre training.

      Get those videos up!
