      Hey, this is just another normal bench press check up.So how’s the form so far.Am still working on the back arch and as well as pinning my shoulder blades down, just basically trying to do doing everything you said.And I think my bench press is going well because last Saturday I was able to do my current max for 6 reps, my phone stopped the video with my timer so that’s why you only see 5 reps in the video.

      I see improvements n what you were working on. Keep it up.
      Next things:
      Continue focusing n upper back arch, and maintaining it throughout the lift.
      I want to to begin adding the following:

      When you unrack the weight, stop and let the weight settle into your lats. I call this Shorten It.
      It means shorten your stroke.

      Unrack, shorten, pause between each rep and shorten again before you start. Hold the last rep for 2/1000 count before returning it tot he hooks.
