Did the best I can with what I had. Any form tips for a human goblet squat?

      Looks pretty good from here.
You can also try a Fireman’s Carry style over one shoulder.
Do equal amounts of sets/reps each side.

      Love the creativity.

So like given its front squat, do I go deeper than a back squat? Also am I supposed to be a hit more upright? Also does it matter if I keep my arms up like a front squat or can I pull her in like a goblet?

I think as Teddy Roosevelt said, you have to do the best you can with what you have.

Front squats are typically deeper than squats and more upright, but as you have a squiggly human and not a nice stiff barbell, shit might be moire dynamic.

For the arms up, or goblet, do both for variety!
