Thanks to all the feedback from Matt, my sumo is looking a lot cleaner I think! Mostly wanted feedback on the Hatfield squats. I know it’s not an ideal setup but work with what you got, right?

You are correct, work with what you got! Is there any other type of squat rack in that gym? If not the way you did it will work. RDL’s look good! I would suggest a little more focus on the knees off the floor, other than that its a very crispy lockout.

We need to get a video up on how to do the Hatfield squats!
      I’ll try and explain:

At the bottom, we need a 90 degree angle in the ankle, knee and shin.
Or as close as you can get to that.

I suggest bringing your stance in a little and standing closer to the rack.
You need to lean back against your hands more and start by sitting straight down.
Try to maintain an upright torso all the way through.
At the bottom, you should have a vertical torso and a 90- degree angle in the ankle/knee and shin.
      It should SMASH your quads!
