Two things. First how fucked would it feel to have you get you knees inside you hands and thus the bar closer/on your shins in the start position? you can see your knees especially your left knee is almost outside your arm in the start.
Second, once you get to the top of the lift, keep trying to push your feet into the floor instead of pulling back to finish. It looks like there is a little left in those legs to help with the lockout to squeeze it through a bit harder/faster?

I tried moving my hands out a little more on Monday after squats which put my knees inside the arms. But it felt really weird. I could bring my feet closer together but I am not sure how that would affect the lift since my feet are already kind of close. I will work on using more leg drive throughout the lift this week. That has always been an issue

Instead of pushing your knees out that hard, just keep your foot rooted. This should keep you knee inside your arms instead of this excessive “knees out” which pushes the knees past the arm.
You don’t need to move your feet or your hands, just your knees.
