These were a RPE 10, though I think I could’ve gone up a bit. These started at 160, went up to 170 for the last set.

      Jacob,

      Same as last time.
Your videos will not play on my PC.

Matt or Candace will chime in for assistance.

      Sorry I couldn’t see them.

Ok, I’ll see later if I can find somewhere else to upload them too.

Youtube and Insta are the easiest ways.
Just copy and paste the URL.

Jacob, Sorry for the delay in getting to these. The torso looks good and locked in. No more arching to start the squat. However, your awkward camera angle has shown us there is an issue with your feet. Some reps your heels are totally off the ground as you go to stand. Others are better. Overall though your feet need to be as tight in the hole as they are at the top. I can see you setting them and tensioning across the toes and heels, but as you go down you lose this tension, especially in the hole.

First off, Next week I’ll upload them to youtube, but this I deleted the original videos off my phone to save space.

I think the feet was a big issue. I’m really enjoying squatting with the converse so far. I did read murph’s recent article talking about them, so next week I think I’ll give squatting in my vans a try.

Which camera angle should I record next time to help? This was in between the power rack so it was a bit cramped.

The angle wasn’t that bad as it was relatively 45 degrees to the back, you just need to move the camera back further so that we can see from your feet to your head. These were just a little tight.
