Great work! Bands look good, next time set them up a bit further out so that they are directly over the bar where you walk it out, this way the band wont pull you forward.Nice job with your lat engagement, make sure the rib cage is done and the pressure is in your belt after you do that, us females have a tendency to slightly hyper extend when we do that, and I see that slightly in your videos. Squats look tight, having a bit of shifting coming out of the hole, I don’t see your heels coming up so I don’t think you are shifting forward to your toes on you way up, but try to pay attention and see if you feel that happening. Since I don’t see that shift in your shoe the next thing to pay attention to is shooting from the hip/knee out of the hole instead of driving your hips up first, causing the bar to move forward out of your center line. If possible could you get a video from someone front angle? I just want to see what your knees are doing out of the hole. The more we can correct this shift the more weight you can put on that bar, there’s a lot more in there!!

Thank you! Next time I think I’ll use a more enclosed squat rack for band setup and I should also be able to film from the front that way.
