Always nice to get back to regular training. Chains look great! Weight is moving nice. You have a slight pitch forward coming out of the hole on both movements, that tends to happen a lot with the SSB bar but lets work on correcting that. Two things to focus on is maintaining pressure low into your belt out of the hole, as well as upper body tightness. Upper body tightness can be tricky with the SSB, I can tell the bar is just on top of your traps instead of wedged into them, in no way should it be easy to get into that bar. Before you unrack really take your time wedging in and getting your back just as tight as you would on a bench, get that chest up and make sure your rib cage is locked in. Those pauses are nice a long, great patients.
