So I see people wearing them and that’s about all I know. Are they recommended when you get above a certain weight? What are the benefits? I had heard they helped with bracing but again I just don’t know what I just don’t know. Thanks guys.

Belts are a tool for your sport.
They allow you to brace better, especially with heavy weight.
There are different suggestions for when to put a belt on.

I don’t think you can go wrong putting it on when you get to 65% or above on your BIG lifts.
You don’t need for assistance work.

      Good belts are not cheap.

      We suggest the following:
SpudInc Pro Deadlift belt-available at TPS-made in USA

ELiteFTS P3 power belt-made in USA

Cardillo Power Belt-Made in USA available at ANC in Everett.

Hey, thank you. I’ll probably have to save up but good to know. I see a lot of people with the Cardillo belts.
