I think I finally found a grip width that I’m able to engaged my lats with. I felt comfortable under 205 and 225. I had some knee cave under 225 I think. I’m not sure if that means it’s too heavy or I’m not driving my ankles out enough or something else.

IT looks like you are not rooting effectively and/or popping the hips.
The video I tagged you in on IG explains the hip pop.On the rooting, try doing a few warmup sets barefoot and really focusing on the feet.
It will not clear up instantly, but will need practice.
It should improve noticeably right away of you focus on this though. -
Here’s my squats from earlier today. I think I’m starting to get the idea of rooting down.

Knee cave is improving!
Keep at it.
Did you watch the Squat course, and rooting videos?
On your first two videos the squats look high from the angle they were filmed at-hard to tell form the front, and the safety bar was in the way on the second.
I see improvement and that is all that matters.

I did watch those videos! They were really helpful with understanding exactly what rooting means. Especially the video you tagged me in on Instagram. Those squats do look a little high though. I think I was more focused on my knee cave than my depth but next time I’ll film from a better side angle to make sure. Thanks for the feedback!
