Week 3 is as follows.
Got slammed with clients and had a few meetings to go to so my days got all fucked up and I fell behind. I am starting week 4 tomorrow after a rest day today.
Filmed the last few sets of each days main movements.
Squats: Depth felt better and they are overall feeling better and better.
Bench: Felt the best out of each day.
Deads: Still feel wonky. Really trying to stay tighter in the bottom. Weight didnt feel that heavy.
Floor Press: Felt great until my shoulder tweaked out on my a bit. It is probably nothing.
Looking forward to the critiques.

Squats looks pretty solid. Bench looks strong, I have one suggestion, keep tension in your elbows at the chest. You are loosing tension on the chest. Watch the video, they dip in a bit right when you go to press. Second set first rep was a bit better, try to tighten that up and it should feel stronger of the chest. Deadlifts looks good, upper back its tight, I see what you mean about the feet, they could get a bit tighter. The feet are such a huge part of the deadlift, especially right off the floor. I noticed your hips are a bit too low to start. At the first inch of the lift they raise, which dumps you forward slightly taking away some of the leverage. Try focusing on a slightly higher hip position, and feet tight enough that you your glutes feel like that are going to explode before you start to lift, that first inch is everything! Floor press is nice, just try to fix the swimmy elbows, it might help reduce should tweak.
I really like that you put all main lifts from the whole week in one video!!! You are also very insightful about your own lifts, and that half the battle. Great job.
