Got some advice last week in the forum to widen my grip and focus on more tension in the feet. Hopefully these were better executed.

Good work. My just a slightly longer pause haha. Things look good, Upper back look pretty tight.
Two things, try to push up into the straps of your shoes harder, especially in the hole. I’ve also heard the cue “think about driving your ankles out” coming out of the hole. When pausing you want to white knuckle your feet to help store tension and prevent knees from caving in. Last thing, push back into the bar on your way up, or think about driving your head back, whichever cue works. This way you wont dump forward.
      Keep up the good work!

Thanks Candace! I will definitely try the pushing into the ankles cue. I’m slowly working on widening my grip to get more lat contraction so hopefully that will help me push into the bar on the way out of the hole.

Exactly. Also lat engagement is a big part in keeping the brace strong and sold.

Try moving your hands a little wider next time and see if it helps you feel lats more.
