Finally moving on to Block 3A. Lifts have been progressing pretty well so excited to throw a bit more variation into the mix. For the first week of Block 3A, it specifies using chains for the SSB Squat. I’m assuming that means just one chain per side since week 2 specifies using two chains per side.

      Thanks again!

Joe, I’ll bet my money that that is a typo. Use the chain usage guide and use that amount of chain for all the SSB work.
      Same thing with the deadlifts.

      Matt is correct.
When the program was uploaded we had it that way, but we have added the chain usage guide at the beginning of each block.

Solid. Follow up question: when a lift has a percentage along with a RPE posted next to it (ex: RPE 8/80%), which do I abide by? What if 80% of my 1RM feels like a RPE 7?

      Thanks

Joe, you can add up to 5% on those lifts if they are feeling under the right RPE. But do not add more than 5%. Same goes if it is feeling shitty, drop 5% but not more than that.
