So I tried going wider but it caused wicked pain in my knees. Tightened it back up and it stopped. Starting to try and pull down on the last few and look forward instead of down, but it feels like right hand is pulling down and left is kinda pushing it on back

      1st set looked pretty good.

2nd & 3rd set: Looks a little high, but could be the angel of the camera.
      4th set: Depth better!
      5th set: Same
One thing, I’d prefer that you drove your head back into the bar and didn’t look down!

On the knee pain, find stance that suits you and does not hurt.
You can also try some of the Acumobility drills for the lower body to see if they help.
Try the glute, quad, and IT releases.
Al.so, when trying to bring your stance wider, do it gradually to allow the muscles a chance to accommodate.
Maybe 1/2-1″ wider every few weeks.
