Murph,
You got a pretty good program, but the server bugs are starting to drive me nuts. I’m just going to give you a list of them to hand off to the developers.
-Server is slow. Probably because your on a shared one at go daddy. Maybe find a better host or a higher tier plan.
-Server constantly logs me off and I have to log back in. Frustrating when you have to load 4 separate, slow to load screens to get back to the program.
-mobile: you should probably personally exclusively look at your mobile site. Your users view it primarily on their phones I would assume.
-programs drop down: on mobile it drops down and is impossible to click tfl or power. This makes it so you need to load the programs screen and click it on that page.

Ditch go daddy. It’s like wearing shin pads while deadlifting. Just not a good idea.
I have considered just printing out the content or downloading the whole site and keeping it offline.
Running on chrome mobile. I bet your admin can just look at my account history and see what’s going on. I’m the only one logging I from Poland and Thailand, bit even in the US it’s not particularly fast.

Idk maybe a hair faster.
The big thing I am noticing is getting bumped off when I switch from wifi to mobile data. My guess, and this is just a guess since we are way out past my expertise here, is that it’s tracking users based on IP address. So that changes it kicks them off. Super annoying when say your in a gym with bad wifi. You open the program and need to get a video to play so you walk to where there is wifi. Then boom your kicked off. It takes a log in and several screens to get there.
Maybe switch to some kind of tracking cookie that last 2 weeks or a month that stays on the device. So that we don’t get kicked off. Might cut the server load doing this.

Brian,
Update from Deb:
“I made the change to the config file and updated WordPress and most of the plugins. I haven’t updated the theme as I didn’t want the site to be down too long so there are two plugins left to update
The config file changes should hopefully fix the issue with that member being logged out (everyone will probably have been logged out tonight due to that configuration change)
And I compressed the database again and ran another update to remove revisions and auto saves on posts”
We are also looking at a new hosting service, but it is a huge project to switch.
We’ll keep you posted.

This is also out of my area.
I am also guessing it may be because you are in a foreign country?
Who knows.
I am passing this off to Deb and see if she can fix it.
I have noticed the site is noticeably faster on my phone and PC since she updated it.
