      Still a bit heavy, and my knees still aren’t quite stable enough, but will keep working on it.

      From this angle they look pretty high.
      I strongly suggest lowering the weight and going through a full range of motion.

      Remember, the form and technique are far more important than weight lifted.

      Do it right before you do it heavy.

      Also, go through the RPR video and hit the hips and hamstring s hard and see if that makes a difference.

      Other than depth, they are looking much better than he last time I saw.
