Murph,
I was scratching my head trying to figure out what days things get slotted in where. Didn’t see anything in the videos or forum on this. First guess was that day 1 2 and 3 have a day between them because that’s how you used to do it in method, but it’s not written anywhere I could find. Where to I slot in the bodybuilding and conditioning workouts? Is this a one or the other kind of thing. Can you clear up how the assistance work should be slotted in here? There are more workouts than days of the week.
My best guess at the design:
Monday: Day 1
Tuesday: Conditioning 1 or Legs & Ass????
Wed: Day 2
Thur: Conditioning 2 or Beach Muscles???
Friday: Day 3
Sat: Conditioning Not for the Weak
Sunday: Recovery workout -
It is in one of the videos, I forgot which one…..
Ideally it is the same as when you were in Method at the gym.
A day in between the big sessions is best, but not required.
EG:
Mon-Day 1, Wed-Day 2, Fri-Day 3
As far as the other sessions, you do them as you see fit and adding a conditioning to a bodybuilding is ALWAYS a good idea. The way you listed it is fine, or the bodybuilding in the reverse order is fine too.

I didn’t do the extra workouts when I was there.
So I am still not exactly sure where to slot these in. My body has been screaming for calories just from the base workouts.
Day 1 is quads so is doing the legs and ass body building workout the next day insufficient recovery time? Looks like it’s far enough from day 3 to make no impact there.
Day 2 is push workout. Doing beach muscles the day after leaves me with the same question about recovery and if it’s going to impact the dead lifts the next day.
Just eyeballing it, I probably will be fine if I am getting enough food. Just trying to understand some of the science behind this and make sure I am optimizing things here.

Eat more.
I think doing the Legs and Ass is good the day after Day 2, but it doesn’t really matter a lot as long as your recovery is ok from Day 1.The key is to make sure you are recovered, and get the work in that meets your goals, on your schedule.

FWIW, I typically do the following:
Day1
Legs & Ass
Day2
BB muscles
Day3
Conditioning
Total Rest (maybe easy bike or something)I generally need decent recovery and this schedule works perfectly for me, have never had any issues.
