I felt awesome today, I took my recovery really seriously this weekend.

      Since I started TPS Method.

Really excited to see where my 1RM will be next fall with all the sub-max volume work.

Let’s talk about your start position because there are two things you can improve immediately.
Firstly, try to load the tension into the bar, just because you are tight holding the bar does not mean you are tight with the bar. AKA pull all the slack out. You should feel weight in your hands back and body before the bar breaks the floor.
Secondly, on the resets in between reps, pull the bar to you with your lats. Do not push your shins to the bar.
This will keep a more vertical shin that we light to see in the start position.
      Keep up the good work.
      Nice red bar.

In addition to what Matt said, TURN those toes out more!
