More work and less rest than week 1…

Murph, if you hear me cursing you in the gym tonight please don’t take it personally.

Regarding these finishers, let’s say hypothetically you’re a bit out of shape and you can’t quite keep up. Is it better practice to stick to the 40s work and 20s rest schedule and just do the best you can, or to make sure to get the full 40s of work and perhaps resting more as necessary?

      Zach,
      Curse away.
      Everyone else does.

For the finishers, I’d suggest sticking to the programmed work/rest ratio, unless you absolutely cannot.
You will get ins shape FAST.

Getting in shape is the easiest of the physical skill to get, and the fastest to go away.

So, follow the work/rest and do the best you can. It will improve quickly.

I agree with Murph, just hang in there and it will get easier.

LOL at the tags!!!! I’m sure it would be fascinating to have a “fuck you Murph” count on a wall in the gym somewhere. I’m sure I’ve said it more than once (ok, WAY more than once!!!!). Always with love, of course. 🙂
