      Who you are?
Hey guys my names Josh, obviously lol. I’m a 29 year old living in the hills of southeastern sky. Long way from Boston right? Haha. I’m in a sonography program, live on a farm, have a small business working with vinyl shirts mugs basically anything I can work with. Now enough about the boring. The real reason we are here training right!? I’ve been running a conjugate style system for about 6 months just because I could recover and it wasn’t too boring so I could force myself to go after class. I finally found a gym near me that had an actual powerlifting type of setup which is very nice. I had been training in a commercial gym and that was one hell of an adventure to say the least lol. I’ve been training overall for about 3 years off and on. Most people give the cliche I do it for demons mental health and all. Well that’s exactly why I train except in my case it’s either go to the gym let everything go and deal with stress or leave it bottled up and turn into a damn serial killer. Between us I wouldn’t look too good in stripes lol. I’m hoping to compete in the spring and finally put a total up. I joined TPS Method because it honestly sounded like the perfect fit for what I need and it’s structured which helps me a lot because I may or may not have some AdHD issues and struggle focusing lol. Anyway. Happy to be here and be apart of this. Time to go train!
