Hello Fellow Founding Members!
I’ve been a member at TPS for almost 2 years now – I somehow stumbled upon it online and came in for the first time for a clinic (either squat or deadlift, I can’t remember which I did first). I think I signed up the next day!! I absolutely love the facility and the coaches – so lucky to have access to this place.
My fitness journey has been pretty varied – I’ve always been athletic; bball and track in high school, ran and lifted in college, continued running/lifting post-college, then I really got into endurance sports for a number of years (marathons, triathlons). When my body eventually cried uncle I switched to Crossfit which re-engaged my love of lifting. A few years of that and I landed at TPS. I’ve been doing Murph’s Advanced Membership programming for a long while now and truly love it. It’s kept me strong, lean, and best of all, injury and pain free (hate to have to add that but at 50, shit starts getting cranky if you aren’t careful).
If anyone else is a regular 5am TPSer, please say hello!

You forgot to add you are wicked smart to that post.
Everyone say hi to the Doc!
Can we get you to post some training on here sometime????

I will get on it!!!!!
Being wicked humble I’d never admit to being wicked smart. Rather, I like it to be discovered organically. Like my sunny disposition, and superior dance moves.
Just kidding on the dance moves. Every 5am-er who has been near me if I have Pitbull on my playlist can attest to that fact…..
