      Hello,
I’ve been going to TPS for a little more than 10 years. I was in Awesome Camp for three. Enjoyed it a lot, got more out of it each year, especially the third, when I really bought in to taking care of things outside the gym as well as in. I had to stop with it for scheduling reasons (I work a lot of weird hours with my job and couldn’t commit to an evening camp. I kind of lost my way a little after that.
The last meet I did was a bench-only meet a year ago. I’m not sure when or if I’ll do another meet. I injured my right arm in the spring and still trying to recover. I’m in no hurry, so I’m kind of up in the air between the powerlifting and training for life programs.
At the moment, my main objective is to re-establish some consistency with my training.

      Tobs!

      Everyone say hi to Steve!

      I love him.

I am pretty sure any comment on the site will have an obscure movie reference with video from him.

Wouldn’t have it any other way.

Hi Steve! I was a long time member of TPS as well – started in 2011 so I’ve probably seen you around 🙂 Looking forward to the new program!
