I’d like to welcome you to the TPS Method.
As a Founding Member you are at the start of something great!
We expect this community to grow rapidly, and with your help, we will develop this site into the greatest resource available online for those wishing to be their best.

As you know, this is the BETA version of the site, and we will be making changes to it.
Not all features, and programs are available yet, but will be in the coming weeks and months.

I have a few suggestions for you to get the most out of the site:

Use the Forum: Upload you training video to the forum so we can help you!
I will be adding a post to tell you how to do it!

Introduce yourself in the forum

Choose a program: We want to choose a program and follow it. We suggest that you do them in numbered order, but you can do as you wish.

Drip Content: Your programs are “dripped”.
That means that you can see the current week of the program and can access the next week 5 days later.
This may change, but industry best practices told us this is the way to go.
If you choose a program and don’t want to do it, just contact us and the customer service rep can fix it for you.

Watch the videos!
Go to the Fundamentals section first. This section contains a lot of videos on the basics.

Take a course.
Self explanatory.

Please give us feedback in the General forum with your ideas, gripes and praise so we can make the site better.
